Bottom line: Riders who start talking about Rivals’ climbing merits (or lack thereof) are missing the point. It is difficult to see the bike as a trail rider’s bike. Mountain biking is a new sport and it takes a mountain biker to appreciate the beauty and potential of this bike. This bike is not what you would want to ride on a three-hour adventure.
